I have always worn a C cup. But in several of my consults the PS said I have anywhere from 150-250cc of breast tissue. One even suggested that after a lift I'd be an A cup! This is really confusing me as I want to get the appropriate implant for the size and shape I desire.
I just got refitted at Nordstrom and I fit into a 32C.
I started off thinking that 275-300 implants would be perfect to obtain a full C small D. Now I am not so sure...the last time I sized I moved it up to 350-375. I am even thinking that I may need 400cc's if I want a D cup. I don't want to move into a HP, but may have to with 400.
Anyone else have a PS estimate their breast tissue in cc's? |

| If it helps you any...I had hardly any breast tissue to start with and got 250 cc's and I'm a 32c. So, I could see how their estimates could be plausible. |

I'm pretty sure for all the time I spent obsessing over my small breasts that I probably had about 120+cc's of breast tissue. But unlike you my ribcage is 32in. which made me a full 36A almost a 36B which is equivalent to a 32C. Please please don't get caught up on the cup size you are now and what you would be with the additional cc's of implant. Did you bring in a picture of what you would like your final result to be, and then go from there?
With 400cc's more than what you have may make you a 32F or DDD. Which fo me would only be a 36 D or DD. You really want to focus on your final result and what it will take with the type of profile implant to get you there. |

| ArmyGrrl: Great points you made. Cup size varies sooooooo much depending on your ribcage, etc. My PS was very upfront with me and told me not to get hung-up on cup size but rather find pictures of what I wanted to look like and have him worry about cc's. |

| Thanks for the feedback girls! I didn't start worrying about it until the PS said I'd be and A cup with the lift! That's when I started getting confused about size. Every PS has given me a different estimate on what implant size and style I should use. It's so confusing when there isn't consistency in what one says vs another. I am going to ask the PS, I think I am going to use, if he can use sizers in the OR. |

My PS measured me and I only had roughly 75cc each... Pre-BA I wore a 32 or 34a. I have 627cc implants and I am a 32F. I had no stretch to my small breasts...so I am all implant! And I love them! You will worry yourself to death about size. Find a picture of what you want to look like post BA and take that to your PS. That way you and your PS knows what you want and they will know what size you will need to achieve the look you want! |
