I was wondering what you ladies that have either saline or silicone implants think? I am leaning towards saline for a few reasons, cost, in case of rupture I know and also because the dr. can fill them up to the perfect size (hopefully). But what is your opinion? Everyone goes there. :) The search button is on the top right portion of your screen. BTW...I have silicone and love them. Mine look natural which is the look I wanted.
