Just curious how much your little one weighs and age currently. I'm thinking DJ is a tank. He doubled his birth weight already, like 2 weeks ago actually. Aren't they supposed to do that more at 4 months? He doesn't look over weight though so I think it's muscle. I'm just curious is all.

My 'baby' is now 17 but for some strange reason I remember that at 4 months he weighed 17lb/3oz. He was 7/11 when he was born.

My baby is now 10 and at 4 months he weighed 22 lbs and had out grown his carrier car seat but couldn't sit in a grocery cart yet....it was a pain in my a$$!

He was 8 lb 2 oz when he was born. He's now wearing a man's size 9 1/2 shoe and he's almost as tall as me . I miss him being a baby...enjoy it.

Charlotte is 11 weeks old. She was 6 lbs 3 oz at birth and now she's just over 11 lbs, so she is close to doubling her birth weight.

OK, he's not hugely off the chart. All of you are (or did, Dhuck & Kate ) breast feed?

It seems like I know all of these people that breastfed thier babies but now that I have a baby the people around me with babies are formula feeding and let me tell you he's blowing them away in weight and they are at least 5 months older. So I was just curious where other babies were weighing in. At this point in 4 more weeks he might be where you were DHuck. Weighing a ton! He's 16lbs 1 oz as of yesterday and he's 3 months and 1 week. I ask him all the time if he has rocks in his pants. Luckily my infant seat goes up to 30 pounds. I wasn't planning on buying another seat so soon.

It seems that they grow so fast in the beginning. Nathan was 6 lb 11 oz when he was born and he was 1 yrs old on the 9/4 and he weighs 25 lbs.

I think it's a normal weight. EVERY baby is so different. Everyone thinks my little girl is HUGE too (at about 14 lbs). Everyone asks what I feed her. I tell them Taco Bell... HAHA!
