I'm hoping that some discussion can help me in a decision. Let me explain my situation... a year and a half ago, I got a BA and I feel that I was too conservative in my selection of implant. I actually let the doctor pick the size and he gave me 300cc mod plus silicone implants. At the time, I felt that I wanted to have a natural slope instead of looking augmented. Over time, I've decided I really would like alot more upper pole and just plain size.

The part thats troubling me is that I have also been intending to get some face work done... I want to have my brow recontoured because I want a 'softer' appearence. The procedure that I've discussed with my PS would reduce the protrusion that you would see in my profile, side-on, making that region more flush and smooth.

I have been saving up to do this, and I finally have the cash...but now I can't stop thinking that I'd rather go back and do my boobs again first!

I've thought about this long and hard, and I'm just getting nowhere... I want them both just about the same!!! Can anybody offer any opinions...no matter how ridiculous?

I looked at you, and I think you are very pretty.
I realy wouldn't do nothing to my brows, if I were you.
I'm going to have brow lift surgery some time in the future.
Believe me, gravity will take care off your "problem".
Think about it.
I wished I had that problem , then I wouldn't need a "lift"
So if I were you, I'ld get bigger boobs....

Thank you for your feedback! The work that I'm getting done is work on the actual bone...on my skull... not just on the tissue, so it's a little more that I think you took it to be. Nonetheless, I think I have decided to go ahead and do the face work first and just cross my fingers that I'll be able to get my next boobjob soon!

sorry, for late response.
I just read about your planned surgery. You are getting work done on you skull?
Please explain.....
I'm thinking about getting brow lift done.
What are they gonna do, to your skull....?????
Sounds very scary to me.
I wish you the best of luck.

If I were you, I would get the boobs. There is absolutely nothing wrong with your face, you are absolutely gorgeous. Don't mess with perfection imo!

There are a lot of factors that go into the decision. Which one bothers you more? Is it possible to get both surgeries at the same time so you don't have to go under again? What about healing time, is it an issue to stay home while your face heals? I think you look beautiful, and have striking features, but if you are unhappy and set on the surgery I would weigh all the pros and cons of both procedures and decide that way
