I have pre-op mid November, and my surgery is Dec 12. I am starting to get less and less excited...and more and more scared/nervous. My boyfriend is doing the exact opposite, which isn't exactly great for my self-esteem. Am I just scared, or do I not want to do this anymore?

L....you are only 21. You may decide to revisit having your BA down the road.

Time is def on your side, no need to feel rushed or anxious about having elective surgery.

Many of us had mixed emotions before surgery, but things have a way of settling down.

Do your research and be prepared.

That's a very personal question you are asking, my dear, and I am afraid the only one who can answer it is you. As to your boyfriend, he may be trying to be supportive and not seeing how his reaction is affecting you.

Leighloo-i have my surgery set for the same day! And im going through the same feelings as you. But deep down im just scared, i knoe that i have wanted this for a long time and still do...like all the wonderful ladies have answered so far its an answer only you know.
