Some unevenness of the breasts or breast asymmetry is normal. There are always some differences in our bodies from side to side. Causes of breast asymmetry can be divided into two broad groups. The first is Asymmetry resulting from natural development, the second is asymmetry caused by abnormal external factors. In this article we’ll review some specific breast differences caused by development or other natural causes.

Minimizing Pain After Breast Augmentation and/or Breast Lift

Generally speaking, operations that involve the muscles, bones or joints tend to be more painful operations that involve only the soft tissues.The soft tissues are usually not involved with necessary movement and are not weight bearing. Silicone Breast Implants Back on the Market

The Food and Drug administration approved silicone gel breast implants for use in all women over the age of 22. Silicone implants were the first modern implants ever used and were implanted in millions of women from 1962 until 1992. In the late 1980’s, however, questions arose as to the safety of silicone gel implants and they were taken off the general market in 1992.
