My choice of Dr. Cohen as a plastic surgeon was one of luck. I was in the ER, a Pit Bull had torn my arm up, and he was the physician on call. So we did not have the luxury of choosing how exactly we were going to proceed, as in a planned plastic surgery. We had to address what the dog had destroyed. Ultimately, I had to have two surgeries to restore my arm. Dr. Cohen explained everything before hand, gave me alternate approaches, and answered all of my questions. He is very careful and meticulous. I am more than pleased with his work. He did an excellent job and I am very happy with the results! I would recommend him very enthusiastically to anyone needing plastic surgery.

Dr. Cohen is one of the most professional and dedicated doctors I've ever met. I not only feel well cared for but he always shows true sincere compassion. Seven months ago my face was seriously cut from above the eye to the lower jaw. In places the wound was both severely fragmented and deep. I expected to have a lasting highly noticeable scar. Instead, your three hours of Saturday morning surgery at the hospital have left only minimal scarring which, unless someone looks closely, goes largely unnoticed. I just saw Dr. Cohen's "Not Vanity Surgery" article on the website. I must say it is wonderful and so very true.

I can't tell you how many hours I spent in prayer wrestling with my decision to have the augmentation and lift. I was so programmed, from my conservative upbringing, that plastic surgery was just for vanity reasons. I am so very happy that I finally came to the right decision and did what was right for me, regardless of what others might think. It has made an unbelievable difference in my attitude toward myself. It has made me love myself again and recommit myself to exercise and living a healthy life, which in turn, sets a great example for my kids.

I had given up on myself prior to surgery. I have no doubt that I was "led" to your office. In all my research, something kept bringing me back to Dr. Cohen's website, until I finally set up a consultation. I had seen one other PS (whom I had used to remove a mole on my nose a year earlier), prior to meeting Dr. Cohen. I left his office feeling very unsettled. He just gave me the willies. LOL! I knew from the minute I met Dr. Cohen that he was the PS for me. I was very comfortable in his presence and I certainly didn't feel that with the other surgeon I had seen.

Anyway, I said all that to say this. I just wanted to thank you guys again for everything!
