Dear Dr. Friedman, It's been two years since my surgery and I wanted to take a brief moment to thank you for the amazing result! I never could have imagined the drastic implications breast augmentation would have on my life. Although I looked forward to the physical change, I didn't realize how dramatically my self esteem and world view would improve.
