You will be pleased to know that breast augmentation and breast implants are primary procedures performed in the Columbia, South Carolina (SC) practice of Dr. Ram Kalus.

Since establishing Plastic Surgery of the Carolinas, and having been in practice for over 15 years, it has been my mission to try and achieve natural appearing results for my patients. If, for example, you see a woman at the health club or on the beach who looks as though she has had a breast augmentation, that would be considered a less than optimal result, according to my strict criteria. Too often these days women are being over-augmented, resulting in a fairly typical operated look that may not be very flattering or complimentary to that patient, and certainly would not qualify as "natural" appearing.

This is as true for a facelift or breast augmentation as it is for a breast reconstruction following mastectomy.
