Your result - absolutely no scar on your breast, and best of all, your breast remains intact as the surgery is performed behind your muscle. Therefore, there is no interference with your nipple sensation or your ability to breast feed. When placed behind the muscle, the implants create a softer more natural shape - and are often so natural feeling, that only you and Dr. Schaffer will know for sure!
